From 01/01/2018, Hanoi will recall all the old motorcycles which do not ensure the environment conditions & traffic safety.
Hanoi has currently 5.2 mil motorcycles, 10,686 electric-motorcycles, 30 registered 3-wheel motorcycles, 4,367 3-wheel & 4-wheel tunning motorbikes (not registered). Among them, nearly half of motorcycles have been used for a long time, many vehicles produced from the 80s, 90s of the last century still be used.
