After its recent introduction, 2020 Yamaha MT-15 has officially been brought to South Asia authorized dealers at an incredibly affordable price of 44.48 million VND.
Specifically, Yamaha Motor India has just released version BS6 of Yamaha MT-15 to the domestic market at a starting point of 138.900 Rs (44.498 million VND). Aside from its upgrade providing the BS6-qualified exhaust fume, Yamaha also added a new colorway for this model being Ice Fluo Vermillion (Ice White with Red wheels).
Yamaha also painted the MT-15 similarly when distributing the model at SEA markets such as Indonesia or Thailand. Unfortunately, there has yet to be an update for the MT-15 in Vietnam. However, regarding prices, the model is currently selling in Vietnamese markets for 78 million VND, which is roughly 34 million VND higher than that in India.
Along with new skins, Yamaha also equipped the MT-15 BS6 with latest features, namely advanced rear tire, rear engine cover and LED backlight.
The bike continues to be powered by power from the single-cylinder 4-stroke SOHC 155cc engine, liquid-cooled, producing a maximum power of 18.5 HP and max torque stands at 13.9 Nm, which is a slight dip compared to prior versions. A 6-level gear box is also present on the model.
